Overview
PennBox is a cloud-based collaboration service for securely managing and sharing files and folders within the Penn community and externally. Users can access, create, manage, and distribute content across various device types and operating systems. PennBox also ensures that University data and intellectual property are securely protected.

Who Can Benefit from This Service
To provision a PennBox account, you must have a PennKey and at least one of the following active affiliations in PennCommunity: Student (STU), Staff (STAF), Faculty (FAC), Temporary (TEMP), Contingent worker (CTWK), Emeritus Retired Faculty (ERF), Service Provider Active (SERV), or HUP Corporate (HCOR). Students listed in Pennant as being on medical leave will also maintain access to the service.
