Penn Information Systems and Computing (ISC) values our employees and believes in recognizing those “key” employees whose extra efforts, exemplary performance, and key contributions have provided significant support toward the success of ISC’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Our Key Program for Employee Recognition takes its name from Ben Franklin's kite and key experiment, which conducted electricity— and created a spark! The Key program provides a means for colleagues within ISC, as well as others across campus, to recognize and say “Thanks” for outstanding performance by ISC staff.
Kudos to “Key” players for a job well done
Purpose
To recognize and show appreciation to individual “key” ISC employees on an ongoing basis.
Eligibility
All Penn ISC employees are eligible to receive written recognition/appreciation submitted by any member of the Penn community.

Recognize employees and show appreciation for exemplary performance, extra efforts, and key contributions in support of ISC’s success.

Keystone Award: Recognition for exemplary performance in the achievement of project / task / assignment / milestone completion
Purpose
To recommend “key” ISC teams or employees who exhibit exemplary performance in completing a special project/task/assignment or reaching a project milestone for ISC's Keystone Award.
Eligibility
Any team or individual can be recommended for this award by ISC Management at the completion of a special project/task/assignment or reaching a project milestone. Senior Staff will review nominations with final approval by Penn's CIO.
Award Criteria
The Keystone Award recognizes “key” ISC teams or employees who exhibit exemplary performance in completing projects/tasks/assignments or project milestones that contribute to ISC's success by exceeding expectations inhttps://provider.www.upenn.edu/computing/isc/recognition/keystoneaward.html one or more of the following areas: Customer Service, Teamwork, Results Orientation,Innovation/Creativity.
