Cloud Infrastructure Tools

The table below provides a summary of the cloud infrastructure tools both formally or informally evaluated by ISC with ratings to reflect our experience. While considering these results, keep in mind that for many technologies we are employing a first-best fit approach, making use of what adds the most value to us quickly as a placeholder until the technology can be formally evaluated. Given that, ratings are subject to change as the technology stack evolves and we gain more hands-on experience with each technology.

Icon Key

Exceeds  Exceeds: This technology offered a greater opportunity than anticipated by our evaluation criteria.

Meets  Meets: This technology met the expectations of our evaluation criteria.

Does not meet  Does not meet: This technology did not perform as expected, or did not work well with other technologies in use.

In progress  In progress: We do not yet have enough information to make a preliminary rating for this technology.

N/A  N/A: There is no evaluation criteria in this category for this technology.
