If a user is having difficulty in connecting to the AirPennNet wireless network on all devices where earlier it wasn't a problem, it may be because this user has been Blacklisted on the RADIUS server for suspicious network activity.
- User not able to log in to AirPennNet
- After testing user's PennKey at Puma you have determined that user has been Blacklisted on the RADIUS server
- Instruct user to have their Local Support Provider (LSP) evaluate their system for possible compromises or hidden FTP servers
- Once LSP has examined and determined that system is clean and that user understands what caused the Blacklisting, LSP must contact Information Security to have the user removed from the Blacklist.
